These professional quality drums were built by master West African craftsmen completely by hand, no lathe involved, of Odum Iroko heartwood, a traditional African hardwood.
Dried naturally and coated with shea butter throughout, the drum is headed with shaved untreated goat skin down over the top rings for a traditional look and feel.
The nylon non-stretch tuning rope is custom-made in a red and black color combination. These drums won’t be with us long, so act fast before we run out!
PLEASE NOTE: Each of these drums are 100% natural. As such, the natural variation of the wood, including grain and wood knots are common features. No two are exactly alike, making each one a unique work of art!
